How Were Your Holiday Sales?
Traditionally over the decade I have been doing membership sites, my sales always suck ass around the holidays. I go into them strong, then over the weekend (in this case) or day before/of, and then piss away. Traffic sometimes follows that pattern. Not always though.
In the past, I tried to counter than. Focusing more traffic, promotions, and other efforts to balance the equation. However past few years I do not. Same as I no longer bother on Sundays.
My sales are, and always have been, stronger during the week. Regardless of what I do, or do not, do. I typically still work through holidays in the past, but it made no difference. Now I just take, most, of them off.
That said, in the past regardless of.... Updates. Promotion. Traffic. Whatever. I know other people's strongest days are the weekends and holidays. I guess assuming that people are offer work, home, dick in hand.
If history, for me, proves true. Sales will be back to normal by Tuesday. How was your last week, and this weekend, for sales? Regardless of the type (cam, clips, membership, etc.).
