too late. I just got back from lighting them off so no pics. We spent $320 and got a box about 4ft long x 2.5ft wide by 2.5ft deep FULL of fireworks PLUS a couple artillery shell packages. We went to like 3 or 4 other stands after we got that offer and every other stand told us to go back to that one because they couldn't beat his deal. it was 6 500 gram cakes, like 8 200 gram cakes, two arterial packages with like 24 shots each, and a bunch of little stuff like sparklers, roman candles, firecrackers, etc. All in all it was a good time...exept for the jerk I almost beat the shit out of because, instead of putting arial shells in the tube like you're supposed to, this guy kept taking them and just tossing them after he lit 'em, and they kept landing right near us. After one exploded about 5ft away I went off on the guy.

But other than that, burning my thumb constantly, and not really being able to hear very well at the moment, it was a blast (no pun intended).

I prefer cakes over mortars. They take too long to shoot off. I spent three nights blowing shit up and I still have a few dozen mortars left.

I will be back at the end of the month to finish them off.
