I like Base camp, it seems easy, straighforward and with a good prcing.

We have employees from all over the world ,several projects to manage, different GMT zones, different skills and roles within the company.

Do you have any other suggestion?

    thanks

I used basecamp for awhile, I liked it. I created my own using vbull. 90% of my work comes from the boards so everyone knows how to use it. I create private client forums to manage everyone. I get e-mails when they post for a quote, they get e-mails when I post projects and updates for them along the design process. I keep all the psds and files in their sections as well. So they don't ever have to hit me up on icq and ask for them years later. Keeps it very organized and things don’t ever get lost over e-mail or over icq.

Yea, honestly I loved basecamp, I just was having a hard time getting clients to use it for some reason. They wanted to keep e-mailing and using icq. So I tried this way and it seemed to work very well.

I found this one this past week and am moving my team over to it tomorrow. It's project management with a social networking spin. And it's free.
