MJ was a global icon, not just in the US. Almost everyone loves MJ's music, from the 80s to now, while Eminem is only more recent and his fan base is well short of MJ's

I cant really imagine anyone's death who would have such an impact like his did, including Ophra, Obama, or even Ryan Secrest
