    Who can do simply cartoon flash animation?

    I have a cartoon, not a person but rather a machine, that needs some simple flash animation done to it in order for it to come alive a little.

    Who does this?

    Who does GFY recommend?

    Who is responsible enough to actually complete such a easy job?
