I had an affiliate who would use the CCBill code with the "&HTML=" and then include the nats code. So, if he got a signup, he would receive the 50% from CCBill and 50% from NATS. I caught it quickly because my program didn't do many sales.

there're many programs on autonomous back-end (with payments by ccbill option) and in each case i do exactly the same thing to be sure tracking is done correct.
