The split jungle gym you can do dips, pull ups, push ups, rows ect all using you body weight and using core stabilizers. Shit, just try hanging from one one handed, I guarantee you will not last 10 seconds. Most of our grips are very weak. You wanna be sore in a whole new way, try these. They give you functional muscles that are strong from the inside out. I trained on Tues and am still feeling it.
