    What's your opinion on programs that haven't update their tours 1 year after launch?

      Seems like a waste... you should do a new tour at least every few months. At least add the new content sets to it if not a totally new tour.

          the company i used to work for we updated the tour all the time then looked at it one day and said that is the best model lineupin that tour we've had! so they left it for a long time.

              I think that as long as the conversions stay good there's not much reason.. as long as you've tested to get the best conversions in the first place. But if conversions are dropping OR you're running an episodic exclusive content site then you need to be updating that thing.
