ever have a boil on your neck? sometimes when one has a boil they have a little pebble like bump that stays under the skin.

I have the same thing, I would recommend you checking it out with a doctor to make sure it isn't anything serious. I checked mine out with my chiropractor and she said it was part of my spine. LOL!

could be many different things, from a cyst, enlarged or infected lymph node, to pleomorphic adenoma. probably not cancer if you are under 40 yrs old.

you might need a needle biopsy to confirm. get it checked right away.
