For me it depends on the content. If I'm looking for information, I prefer pictures. On news sites I never load up the videos because they a) take forever to load and b) I have to wait for the reporter to get to the point. I'd rather read an article or see a photo. For porn, I still prefer pictures, but I'm liking videos more now that they load faster.

Same here... it depends on what is going on in the pics or vids.

If you're trying to determine what format would be more popular in general just go with what seems hotter, not the format for the sake of the format. If it looks hotter in a pic, then use that or vice versa. I wouldn't get too hung up on the format.

Unless, of course, you're running an MGP... then the decision is out of your hands, obviously.

I don't surf for porn...just too much of it every day for me to surf for it in free time. I will say though, that pictures still convert better for me than video for some reason. So, somebody gets off on them..or they get them to the point where they need something else and buy.
