They are basically worthless. Also your phone number branding won't be effective, all you need is a url to market. Urls are NOT like land. You do not need a fancy url to have successful site. Just look at google, yahoo, amazon, ebay, youtube, etc. None of those names are at all related to the content/services offered on the site.
1800-Flowers is a bad example. The phone number pre-dates the wide spread use of the internet (1986). At that time it made sense to get a brandable phone number because many, if not most, people would order flowers over the phone. Having the brandable phone number made advertising in the yellow pages particularly effective and sticky. Once the internet became wide spread, they were stuck with the brand and so kept it for their website.
Phone numbers and webcams just don't make sense. If someone wants to watch a cam show they're going to get on their computer, not their telephone. Having a phone number url sends a very mixed message about what sort of service is being offered.
Even if someone did want to tie phone numbers and webcams together, I don't see why they'd invest in your "assets" instead of just side steppnig you and getting their own number/url."Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats."
