I'm not a webmaster but I was curious at whether or not there have ever been any legal repercussions from anyone about taking sexy pics from everyday facebook, myspace, etc girls and having them on your website without permission?

the internet is full of people breaking the law and stealing, just because you can find many sites doing something doesn't mean anything, especially if you live in the U.S. and all of the sudden find yourself in court or in trouble with the law, they don't care about the other "many sites" doing it at that point, they only care about your site
