        Yes it does, even if you can't understand the 12" thick regulations and pay a "Certified Public Accountant" $150.00 an hour to prepare it. This really fucks-up most heavy earners, athletes, actors, singers, etc, that probably couldn't fill out even a short form on their own.

                People only get jail after all their assets have been taken and they still don't have any money. Even then it's rare. The IRS will always try to work it out first - they want money, putting you in jail want give them that.

                The dumbass from survivor went to jail because he was broke. Wesley Snipes is probably looking at jail time unless he gets some really good laywers. What he did was alot worse then just not paying.
