Here's my side of the story.
Seosoft let me check out the software on his server. Some features were disabled, but I could get a feel of how it worked.
I was interessted in buying, so he sent me the scripts. A single, encoded, file was left out, so I couldn't use the scripts. I would receive the last file after payment.
I checked out the scripts and noticed security was flawed, so I was able to run the scripts without the encoded 'key-file'. Now I was able to testdrive the scripts for real and noticed they weren't worth the $450 he was asking. Not even anywhere near that amount. They were full of bugs, proxy import didn't work and I was only about to spam (ehh.. submit) to the first 10 records of a database. SEOsoft promissed to fix it, but didn't hear anything for weeks.
I was fed up with it, deleted the scripts (if you don't believe that,
) and decided not to buy the thing. It would have been nice if I also told that to SEOsoft, which I didn't.. My bad, excuse me!
SEOsoft popped up in my ICQ saying I should pay him. I told him I deleted the scripts, don't use them and never will. He started threatening to kill my sites if I didn't pay him within 48 hours. Explained all the above, also told him I didn't have the money available at that time. But he didn't care. I should pay him, or else ... (add russian accent).
Now move on, improve those scripts and I'll might reconsider buying them... And if you make sure ALL your source code is zend encoded next time, this won't happen again.

Trust me - if in this situation I was not right - iam just would not to create this thred because i can be afraid what you can catch me in a lie!

Secondly you should not setup script on your host and use the script before you will pay, those you are already the deceiver!
Thirdly you was hidden from me and did not answer to any of my messages near the month, not wishing pay to me
You has answered only when I have sent the message to you from unknown ICQ iun,and told me what you have no money at that moment and MAY BE pay to me In a month or an one and a half
What the script has been removed from your host - I do not trust to you,because you have already proved as the absolute thief and the deceiver...
What you did not use a script, or were not going to use it after - Iam dont trust too, its lie too...
This is the same what to buy the car on credit, and then refuse to pay, motivating this what you do not drive it!Comment

And when he is accused of it,he told, what will pay later....
