What I really want to know is where were all these guys who run these sharing sites and who encourage and enable people like this woman to behave the way she did and who are always arguing all over the internet that it is not illegal, and that they are just "timeshifting" and that everybody simply does not know anything about copyright and that fair use permits this type of use of the content.
On a silly note.....if they really feel this way....Why didn't some of these guys simply show up in court and let the judge know that she was acting within her rights?
They could use the same arguments we always listen to here on GFY. Surely he would understand this. Right.......?
