Sure - it's how you do it that prob matters. Balance never seems to come out of threats and agression (ie "Axis of Evil" blah) and it's harder to reconcile than simply blast out and threaten, - but that's probably will happen in the end and unlikely to be from US negotiation, but from other countries.XXX TLD's - Another mosquito to swat.Comment
