    Life with Air conditioning just ---->

    Sucks

    Outside unit Blew the fuck up last week ( Thursday ) New unit will be here in 2 hrs - Life will be good again!!

      I havent turned mine on all year yet. Of course, "summer" here means "july", and the rest is just winter really.. pLus the fuckign thing doesnt work anyway, and since they chopped down the big shade tree, the unit sits in direct blazing sunshine all during the heat of the day anyway. It's all really just too much to go into right now..

              We have hardly had to turn ours on so far. Been mild temps mostly so far this summer.

                              you guys need to build proper houses, where the walls are like two-foot thick stone, not this wood/glass wool shit. Then you won't need an air conditioner - the hot air never traverses, it only heats up the first foot or so, then the evening that heat is removed for the next day.

                              Problem solved.

                                  Mine blew out a few months ago. I got one of those energy efficient ones and it has been awesome! My bill is only a third of what it used to be
