Great shots
I like the first one. All the elements come together to create a powerful image.
The second is a bit off for me. I like the setting but the model's pose doesn't quite fit the set and that throws it off for me. I would have liked to see something like the model back in the hoodie and have her running from right to left from the side steps. You could have her looking back in fear as if she's being chased or just happy go lucky skipping.
From your camera position it will make the viewer curious as to what is going on. Catching the model in the air in mid stride would be an added plus. Whatever you do, go back. It looks like a great place to shoot.
