Rich Franklin lost so bad !
The UFC PayPerView last night was one of the best i've seen in a long time. All the fights rocked except for the main event. I'm a big fan of Rich the Ace Franklin but he got owned by Anderson Silva in less then a minute in the first round. I still have lots of respect for the man but could this be the beginning of the end for the ace ?

If you saw Silva's past fights it was obvious who was going to win. He has belts in Japanese org Shooto and UK's Cage Rage. He's a very technical striker. He's also a black belt in brazilian jui jitsu under the Nog brothers who fight in Pride. Don't forget he use to be training partners with Wanderlei Silvia (sp?)i luv mainstreamComment

Seriously though. I feel the same way, to come back and get the title back, he would likely have to fight Silva again and I don't think he wants to do that. He got owned like a little kid fighting a man. I predict Rich gets dominated 10/10 against Silva on any day. Yes, must be a confusing day for Rich.
The UFC is gonna change alot with all of the real fighters from other leagues wanting to enter for the big $. Those guys are gonna clean house on all these UFC champs. You'll soon be seeing other UFC champs who people percieve as invincible, get dominated like little kids by relatively unknown guys who come in from PRIDEComment
