west hills... west hollywood... calabasas... if you find it, bust out your credit cards because property is EXPENSIVE AS FUCK out here. you should consider santa barbara.

Could you specify your budget? There are tons of beautiful places to live, but the property expenses are quite an assraping, so be wary. If you wanna do a lot of driving, Valencia is pretty nice and not nearly as expensive.

I lived in Marina del rey for a while, loved it
Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
                think about that

I lived in Marina Del Rey for about a year. It's fantastic there. It never gets hot, and it never gets cold. There's a cool fog every morning, and then it blows off by noon to be replaced by the sun. The 405 is a fucking nightmare though, so if you're going to be driving anywhere, Marina Del Rey can be unpleasant.

Check out Glendale, thats where I have lived for the last 2 years. It is an awesome quiet rural community that is only 5 miles north of downtown Los Angeles. It is close enough to all the action, but doesn't have so much congestion and it is overall nicer. Pasadena is nice, but further away from L.A. But then again, go to Marina Del Rey if you want to be closer to the ocean, I wouldnt blame ya.

                        Westwood or Pacific Palisades

We are working with a realtor that has been emailing us listings. I bought my house in Lauderdale 5 years ago for 349K - It is now apraised at 1.6M ( one canal in from the intracoastal ) The house in the 1-2million range out there are small and average. The views out there are amazing, but is it worth living in a 1500 Sq Ft million dollar home?
