Sure on which part? I just released a fat burning site, it was not online but regged in 06.. so not even that aged. Just like anything aged though, no backlinks, 7 days, primary listings.. Now this site, picked up many longtails, because it's not old.. (not because of backlinks)
But my golf site, 04 reg date, was online but sitting.. No backlinks, #1 ranking for master targeted words... every page is listed under traffic phrases 7 days after release... the age, killed the longtails... <-- shhh..
Like clock work...
Once it hits about 10 years, the value of the domain changes into the years of it's age. So roughly $1k for every year, on a half decent domain.
Things like a long name, stupid words, ect.. age or not, if you can't pass the value to the buyer, it's pointless. But that doesn't change the fact that the domain, could, take off simply do it's age.
