Listen up, folks. All US based airlines basically just suck ass. The one you choose to hate and/or have a bad experience with is simply luck of the draw. For example, some people hate American because they lost baggage and couldn't find and deliver it within a few days, but have never had a bad experience on, say, United, so they love United. Some people have the exact same reason for hating United, and love American for their lack of bad experiences, etc. Get it?
If you're going to fly a US airline, understand that they ALL SUCK,
and the one you hate is a matter of timing, so you might as well save some money and go Southwest or JetBlue or some similar LCC.
I worked for a domestic airline for many years. I know of that which I speak.
