    Hey Webair Support

    what is going on?
    What is the point of escalating a ticket when it is still not being looked at? I know this is a virtual account but still you all my sites offline.

    Ticket: 484044

    The ticket has been open for almost a DAY now.

            good idea... doing that right now
            i thought live support and phone support were no longer supported for virtual... turns out if was wrong and only live support is for dedicated
            got the problem solved.
            still think the ticket should have been taken care of earlier

                  webair support was always slow on answering trouble tickets,
                  and if you want to cancel hosting they never respond those tickets

                    Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
