I donate to them every year. They are unbelievable from the doctors on to the nurses. We're talking terminally ill kids, or some that are just gravely ill. The treatment they not only give the kids, but the parents who need support is unreal.

I was considering building a "sigs for charity" site that would allow members of boards to post the availability of the sig and what charity they would like the money donated to or something like that. Would be interesting to see how much money the community could really put together.
