I'm uncircumcised but you wouldn't really be able to tell, frankly. I just don't have much of a foreskin. As far as being able to last - I can go pornstar-style for 30+ minutes, or blow my load in 2. I think it comes down to the guy in question whether they have much control.

I've pretty much only fucked virgins, and circumcised or not, the first penis they've had is the greatest one they'll ever have.
