XXX Cash has celebrity RSS feeds for the latest celebrity gosip, celebrity birthdays, the top 10 men, and the top 10 ladies.

Their top converting site is Female Celebrities.

AMC has some "Pornstar" RSS feeds. its a stretch to say they are "celebs" but may be worth a shot. see sig for link

don't they just have dymnamic javascript feeds? they told me they have no interest in doing rss feeds for the masses

Ya, it seems their 'feeds' aren't true RSS feeds. They seems more like CSS feeds. This is a sample of the code they give you to display their feeds on your site:
