over the past 2 weeks, ray (advertising sex) has made it clear that i have ruined his business.

i have helped evan from xpays.com with the battle with copyright infringement.

evan wants to protect his investment by dealing with punks that use the video to promote other celebrity sites that don't have the video when you signup.

so my question to ray would be, if you base your business on using someone elses material promoting a program that has nothing to do with it, you shouldnt even be doing business in the first place.

so tell me how i ruined your business.

It is really a privilege to be able to count on you Fris to send over infringing links whenever you find them. Every single one has resulted in action on our side and has been most appreciated. That french infringer is being dealt with too btw, even though they have not been added to our suit as of yet. We could really use some help discovering the true owner of the sites on that one btw.

With regards to Ray- I think he complied rather fast with some issues linking our content in an unauthorized manner. Please send over any additional if we have been missing something.

first off i have never ran a celebrity blog, i have sold celebrity domains to a couple people.

and the only linking i usally do is to traffic trades, i used a britney spears pic once, with a celebrity trade under the thumb.

"inflating" traffic, i guess all those sites that have images as trades are doing the same thing.

i sold that blog network to someone from here, all of them had no traffic.

they were presetup blogs and sold them as a niche network.

We have enforced repeatedly over misuse with Python-related sites including yours. Only the boxcover is allowed to sell the dvd. Also, if sponsors use our drm/ppv inside their member's areas as an upsell- that is great and converts great and everyone wins- the site cannot solicit webmaster traffic and/or surfer traffic by promising the video though. In other words, as far as I know the issues between you and us and python and us are all resolved. Are you saying python is doing something else?

I don't have a problem with your copyrights at all. I thought you and python had worked something else, or I would have made changes LONG AGO. That's what I get for assuming.

may want to chat with Brent about it a little more. He is the one I talk to about this.. but, he's in curaco right now.
