this shit still going on? for waht I see, you changed your song several times in the same thread, fist it was this, then that, then something else. Get your shit together. You're calling a scammer to someone who's known as motherfucking Mother Theresa in rollerskates, hence why nobody is taking you seriously. And seeing you're not too bright, here's a clue for you: you could/should have the design Harvey made for you, and then hire someone else for 100 bucks to make the install. No matter what you say, I doubt it would take more than a couple hours on a finished design, it's just replacing the text with code. There you have, that's why I called you a smart cookie. As much as I try, I only see some miscommunication, but the one losing money is Harvey, and you could have that for $350. Hey, let's say 400. How is that a scam... it beats me. At worst, you paid half for half work and now I see you wanted to resell on top of that.

Anyway, I've no part on this, but here's some advice, take it or leave it: 1- there's a reason why everybody is supporting Harvey instead of you. 2- Learn to work in a professional way and you'll avoid problems in the future. And it's Friday night, go get some pints or whatever kids do nowadays

You have no idea what you are talking about as the orginal design was no where NEAR what I asked for I wanted the whole CSS re arranged. Its not as simple as a couple of hours. He wasn't skinning a wordpress theme. That is why I asked him in the ICQ are you sure you are ok with this....tell me if you are NOT.....you can read that because I posted it. He was skinning a custom script that had multiple pages. It even took others a good week and many revisions to make it work.

Where did I change my song. You can read what I asked of him. You can read what I gave him. All of your arguments trying to stand up for him make no sense as in my post for hiring I didn't ask for a template....I asked for post integration and template....he said he can do both and has much experience.

By the way Zuzana's design may not be that great....because she had a SHIT load of rearranging to do in 1 week. I wanted code moved all over the place and she did it. She gave me her price and I paid it and she did it. I told harvery exactly what I wanted....even designed the site layout for him....he gave me his price ....he didn't do it and took off.

the designer wants to get access on this dude server database, of course he said no, (whos idiot want to get into his own dbase, anyway?), and this pissed the designer so he don't finish the work. well....
