There are no extra fees. For the $9.99 plan, you would have to have a very small site. That level is meant for affiliates and photographers that mostly have photos. You can store up to 10gigs of content, video or pics. You just wont fit much in the way of videos.
2257 requires more than just IDs. Under the law you will need a 2257 Compliance Document signed by the model.
