my dentist recommended crest white strips. I used the Crest White Strips Premium. Morning and night for ten days I think. Didn't notice too much sensitivity but some people complain about it.
My dentist said they whitened my teeth three or four shades.
Well worth the 20 bucks or whatever, and this was two years ago. Teeth are still whiter than they were before I did the strips.
Crest Whitestrips work, but don't over-do it. It doesn't do any good to keep them in after 15 minutes, also it could irritate your gums.
I always found it was easiest to do while taking a shower, so you can spit every so often. You don't want to swallow that stuff. Also, take a break from it after about a week. I hear you can do damage if you do it all the time.
My teeth sparkle like the fucking nile and makes everyone in the room get on their knees when I flash my million watt smile.
People shouldn't be using whitening strips in place of brushing, if they are they are making a grave mistake. Brushing alone doesn't necessarily keep one's teeth white though. Heavy coffee drinkers for example often get dingier teeth over time no matter how much brushing they do.
I used the Listerine strips last year, they're easy to use and I didn't feel any sensitivity at all. Got a good 3 or 4 shades whiter out of them. Would definitely use them again.
I use the Listerine whitening strips and yes they do work. You are supposed to use them 2-3 times per day but i usually only do it once (at night) and i noticed a very significant difference after just a few days of using them. They taste ok too, like toothpaste. Try them out.

That reminds me of looking in my fridge for these whitening injection things, still there, protheses are alsothere... gonna do some whitening folks
And yes, it helps
If you go to the dentist you can get a higher percentage of hydrogen peroxide which is stronger than what you get in the store, which means you can use less.
They can make your teeth sensitive and hurt, just depends on you. I do them about once a month or a few times sometimes but my teeth are really sensitive. If you have that problem too make sure to buy sensitive toothpaste. It really works and it will make your teeth not hurt anymore.
Cheapest way is through your dentist. I already have clear retainers so I just use those instead of getting the expensive ones from the dentist.
I was curious too but too cheap to go for the name brand strips. So I bought some generic ones cause they were on sale, and they worked great. Everyone at my work noticed an improvement...most without even knowing I was using whitening strips.
