          It varyies and I am a sales rep for isrpime hosting and most of our quality business

          is done during business hours but I am an animal man I get my sleeep when I can.

          Like till noon and back on the grind but may just push, push, push real good past

                                  running fast again. 3 miles is all you need if you do it like a race. I was 225 getting

                                  fat as balls and in one month down to 212 only push ups, sit ups and pull ups

                                  and I look like I am pushing weights so the hoes say...hahha pimp ya know
