When I lived in Kentucky I saw a dude like that one night at the grocery store. I came around the corner, it was like 4am and I was getting some cereal, and BOOM, there he was. Scared the shit out of. First time I'd seen someone like that in person.
Then he just walked off and I never saw him again.
Sad but creepy.
