Pretty respectable first show...really nice set.
Coney, should showcase Andy, a well as Max and the band, more.
They need to work on some of the lighting too. Some harsh shadows on the desk, and behind Conan at times, and reflections bouncing off the front of the desk at times.
Overall though - Good show! Nice tune by Pearl Jam as well.
Who knows? I may even get to bed earlier at night...

I think Conan did a pretty damn good job his first night. From the beginning where he ran across the US was a neat way to start, then he forgot his keys, ha ha. The Universal tour was also pretty good, so as long as he keeps it up, which I know he'll do, it'll be enjoyable.Comment

I love Leno and Conan and won't be long and Leno will be back on TV again. It's still early to be sure but I don't think Andy brings much to the table yet if that is to be his full role on the show now.
I loved the opening but it would have been funny if he finally caught a ride that drove him the final 100 feet!Comment

In my opinion Conan was great. I think hes more then capable of handling this show and keeping the ratings high. Last night was the first time in a while that I laughed while watching the tonight show.
Jimmy on the late show however worries me. I liked him on SNL but I haven't been able to handle more then 10 minutes of him on this show.Living in Virtual Reality

Pretty funny when Conan borrowed the "D" from the Hollywood sign to demonstrate how large his new studio is, but then the "D" was accidently demolished as they were taking it out the exit...
I need to get that cutaway shot of the Hollywood sign, minus the "D", since I'm coming out with a Holly Woo solo site soon:
