depends how much do you want to spend and how many clips - but xilisoft video converter works well for low volumes and costs like 40 bucks or so

That's what I use as well. Does everything you need. Mine is coupled with Premiere CS4 (I think that's the only way to get it but I could be wrong) I tried a few other "cheaper" things but just wasted my money on them.

oh and dont bother getting adobe cs3 flash encoder, cause it brakes if you try and convert a HD wmv to FLV.
Go with the newest version of adobe flash, cs4 completely blows cs3 out of the water
