Maestro is the Debit-card brand of Mastercard. Switch is being phased out I think. Visa Electron a must. Companies like Commercegate and Locallbilling I believe offer all options. For Europe's largest market, Germany, check out
www.directident.com whereby, like with debit cards, the money is taken from the subscribers regular checking account which rather convieniently doubles as an AVS.
