I don't know much about legal stuff...but how can they try you again for the same crime?
The first jury couldn't make up their minds right? That means some of them felt he was not guilty and others thought he was so it was a hung jury.
So these days the govt. can basically just keep trying you over and over until they finally get a jury that convicts you?
