Moocash offers both % AND flat.

Others are cams.com, AWE, and I'm sure a few I'm missing.

Not sure about support of spyware from any of these to be honest.

I am not sure about moocash or AWE, but the other one you mentioned is the one I am replacing for this project if that tells you anything.

Doesn't AWE expire a cookie after like 14 days though ? i don't want to deal with any shaddy shit like that either... can't remember if it was them.

But in a nutshell, the major players:
Pussycash now has a revshare program, of course so does Cams.com. AWE converts like mad and it is 30% - don't insult or overlook until you try it. WebCamCash has a bunch of niche sites and some great promo tools, LiveBucks offers perhaps the best live video experience as does LiveCamNetwork, and Flirt4Free pays up to 35% as well as 50/50 on VIP sales.

As above, see sig for probably the biggest webcam sponsor list you'll find anywhere and you may want to check out some of the smaller programs - I have and found some pleasant surprises

(edit: sponsor list is referral code-free too so it's not biased to anyone)

We pay both on percent and pps. However percentage works the best. One thing to note we pay the full percent as soon as the surfer buys the time not when he uses it like a few other cams sites. Also its for the lifetime of the user so even if you stop sending traffic we will still continue to pay you residuals.
