              What sponsors are you having trouble with? Quite a few still offer great support. Unfortunately, sometimes it is a bit of "who you know," which is a shame.

                          BTW I had some questions about Traffic. and had you on ICQ for days and nothin. Ended up buying it from Pro Traffic.

                                              Never got the messages. I always tell people to use email since ICQ is iffy at best.

                                                              I don't believe in "welcome" emails or contacting users who sign up on my site unless they need something.

                                                              No sales staff either. Never been a fan of bugging clients or pressuring them to "buy now".

                                                                      The most annoying thing for me is when you email to the support, then you even get the automated response that your email was got and you'll get an answer asap and then nothing. Neither by email nor by icq.
