P.S.
For those that understand design, you'll notice the shadow/outer glow around the elements is thicker on the copied design. This is because they saved the images and then edited them.

Take an eyedropper tool and get the colors of the site as well - no difference. This isn't a case of "hey, I like that style". This is someone downloading the site (File/Save As...) and editing the graphics that need to be edited.
