standing desk setup
Call me crazy, but to combat sitting on my ass 16+ hours straight, I have just finished a little desktop rig for wireless keyboard + mouse which combined with my 23" LCD on a monitor arm lets me stand up or sit down as I crank....
Not too shabby so far.
I bet its going to be bitch on the legs and back for a few days until I get strong enough.
