An Internet porn model is suing satellite radio shock-jock Bubba the Love Sponge Clem, alleging he forced her to perform a sex act on his show.
Hope Miller, who goes by Brooke Skye on her adult Web site, is asking for a jury trial and more than $15,000 in damages. Her suit, filed Friday, claims Clem flew in another porn model to have sex with Miller using a sex toy.
The suit alleges the toy was too big and, despite Miller's repeated objections, Clem forced the sex act to continue.
Clem's attorney could not be reached late Friday.
Clem's show is recorded in a Tampa studio and airs on Sirius Satellite Radio.
Miller also is suing cast members of the Bubba the Love Sponge show and Melissa Harrington, the adult model known as "Melissa Midwest."
Miller claims in the suit that Harrington at one point expressed concern about the size of the sex toy, saying, "I am afraid I'm going to hurt her."
The suit also names the Sirius network, claiming it failed to control its employees.
Miller appeared on Clem's show twice before the June 12 show that is the subject of her lawsuit.
Her suit claims Clem did not tell her he would have Harrington use the sex toy on her when she agreed to be on the show in June. The host berated her when she tried to back out and threatened to stop promoting her Web site, according to the suit.
Clem was a popular Tampa Bay area DJ until he was fired from WXTB, 98 Rock, in February 2004 after racking up $755,000 in FCC fines. His Sirius show began in January.
