Can I then use those pictures to make an AVS or members site?

i dunno if 60 pics enough or not , but sure you can use them on an Avs or Member site.
because they are all copyrighted and at least 18 y.o or older.

Hmmm... so you get the pics from DialerContent ? Make sure that not every surfer has seen them before or no-one will ever consider going further than your 'preview page'.
Of course, with a bit of marketing it could still be a nice extra money-maker...

I wish all the content providers used a standard universal login/password. I don't even bother to signup to browse for content to buy anymore. I just stick with the biggest distributors instead, like web-legal.com
