Perhaps Hitler dies, someone else takes his place. War is delayed and nobody targets the jews. Then those scientists finish the atomic bomb and one of the many other villains of the times takes control. UK and Russia are nuked.
Point is you have no clear idea what could/would happen.

Wars all over the East have been going on long before Hitler.
Economy is not directly related, unless perhaps WWII went wrong and then it may have never rebounded as it did - nor would we have the technology that gave us our economy today in the first place.
Environmental disaster - again not related unless your adding in the very few atomic meltdowns and uses in war. Though on the flip side atomic energy would be one of our safest forms of energy if we actually used it more, and that too would effect not only the economy but assorted crap in the Middle east.
