True, way better than milflovers.com just to name one. I wouldn't sell it just now, you would get some nice money for it but instead put a decent forum on the domain en start posting some sexy bikini babes, create an account or 100 so people think it is active and before you know it you will have nice traffic and 3 k in forum members so then it's time to sell and cash in on it.

Well it sounds like a good idea in theory, but when you develope a domain, then it seems to get mostly valuated on income multiples. I could easy toss a forum up and get 3k uniques in a few months, but turning forum traffic into ad rev is pretty tough, forum members are a bunch of cheap clucking hens in my experience.True, way better than milflovers.com just to name one.
