I thought this was going to be a great movie. Hell, I went and saw Star Trek and ejoyed that movie more than Terminator.

DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!
I just got back from it a bit ago too. It was ok, but REALLY not as good as I was hoping for. Did NOTHING for any of the previous movies or the TV series.
Also, a lot of it was so fucking corny and stupid.
He's sneaking around into Skynet headquarters - yet the machines are too stupid to have installed one camera or heat sensor? OK!!!
So he's in THE MIDDLE OF SKYNET HEADQUARTERS - AND THERES ONLY 1 TERMINATOR AVAILABLE TO FIGHT HIM?
Once he defeats that ONE SINGLE terminator, THERES NO MORE???????
Then at the end, MAGICALLY that dudes heart is a MATCH for Connor with matching blood type, and of course there is no problem with Connor's body rejecting a full on heart fucking transplant? Ok considering they consider humans inferrior the machines probably never think humans would sneak into Skynet. That would be like you having security cameras and and army of guards in your house to be on the look out for mice.
As far as the heart transplant thing. That's where it lost you? The whole concept that machines take over the world and send a robot that has human flesh back in time to kill the mother of a future human resistance leader not yet born. That part you bought?

Its a giant global computer network. Its not like they didnt notice their entire San Francisco section go offline.
They have an endless stream of new robots being built, but the only thing there to fight John Connor is 1 terminator and 1 big robot at the entrance.

I thought both Star Trek and Terminator were awesome and enjoyable flicks and way above average.
Did I pick-up on some of the same storyline things you guys are pointing out? YES. But I still really enjoyed the movies.

I gotta agree with FHM... I was really let down and I am a HUGE Terminator fan
It wasn't as hardcore as the movie previews were alluding to and also it was fucking "AA" rated? WTF an "AA" rating for a Terminator Movie? You have to be fucking kidding me?
There were alot of holes in the storyline that I thought could have been handled better. BTW what the fuck was one of Will Smith's kids doing in a Terminator movie (joke there was a cute black kid in the flick! But he did look alot like Big Willy LOL!)
All in all i was dissapointed, would i watch it again? Probably because I am a sucker for this franchise LOL! The open heart transplant at the end was pretty retarded and reaching... I honestly was cheering for the robots to win by the end of this flick LOL!Comment

I guess you guys only saw the EU and American Edit.
The Asian edit is fucking BAD fucking ASS. Gore and guts everywhere. They card you when you enter the movie to make sure you are over TWENTY-ONE!!!
I was reading somewhere that the US and EU edits didn't make a lot of sense. Shame.
