Labs definitely love the water but not all of them like to jump.
I had two black labs before jet and Sky and they loved the water but there was no way the would jump into it.
But their are smart dogs i think if you train them they will eventually jump it.
Try to get some
Canine Hardware toys, they have excellent water toys.
