The reason he was so out of it on The Osbournes was NOT because of his past drug use. It was due to the fact that at the time he was seeing a psychiatrist who had him LOADED on all sorts of psychiatric drugs. Yes, the legal drugs. I saw some interview with him like a year later when he got his meds situation straightened out and he seemed rather lucid and generally "with it."
