    Well at least try too... my sisters fiance said he could help me out

    just for health reasons since i have hyperactive thyroid glands and cannot gain anywait unless i have surgery so... any other alternatives than the

              have you tried weight gainer shakes + working out? it worked for me, i was about 125-130 pounds and i gained 30 pounds of muscle within a year or 2.
