Hey guys, I need help from the GFY pros...this is not SPAM!

Hey everyone,
I just need a little assistance with this site that I'm building for the iPhone.
I'm getting fairly decent traffic, but the conversions are not very good at all.
Here are my stats since the site launched last Thursday. I was hoping to do a little better.

-I've got 242 phone numbers in urchin
-I've got 13859 pageviews on sign up
-I've got 19 trials ($1 for one day) which means of the 242 that went off the netcash, 19 converted.
-Of those 19 trials, 11 have been rebilled for $9.99 for the monthly subscription

This is my first endeavor into the mobile adult space...so I would love your input.

I would just like you guys to take a look at it and let me know if you have any ideas why my conversions might be so low.
*Should I change anything graphically?
*Is there a bad user flow?

Your help would be greatly appreciated...

I get the same... I see the site, but when I click on a category... POV / ORHYS whatever, I get a white page with the URL of (For the POV) http://mobile.hotfunfinder.com/?brand=pov

It just says 'Coming Soon'...

Thats odd...its all working fine for me.
We were just actually making a couple of little changes a few minutes ago, so maybe you caught the site and a bad time.
Try it again if its not too much trouble.

Is 19 trials really that bad for 14k pageviews? With pageviews do you mean unique visitors? www.topbucks.com has some great new mobile stuff that you should check out for some upselling

Ok, I figured out what was wrong...
Apparently, we are geo-targeting the site in the US, so if you are viewing the site from a particular IP address that we dont have in our database, then you wont be able to see the site the way its meant to be seen.
I'm very sorry guys...thanks for trying.
Hopefully some other peeps here on GFY can check the site out and let me know what they think...

I would change it graphically. Is it centered on the screen to accomodate phones?

By changing it I mean just pay someone a couple grand and remake the site.

As I mentioned in my first post, this site is meant for iPhones only...so you need to pretend you are looking at it from an iPhone if you dont already have one.

Eventually I hope to remake versions of this site to accommodate most other handsets as well.

I didn't know if the objective was to cater only to phones... or phones and computers. It seems, at least know, phone subscriptions is an added bonus to sales.

Either way... I'm sure some graphics or what not could be put on the sides... buttons, etc. changed and you could have a sharp site to cater to both phone and computer signups. Don't think it would cost that much... but again... yes, I think the site needs a makeover graphically.
