Just got home fromthe Hospital Emergency Room

long story short

earlier this week i have been sick as fuck....

earlier tonight i was feeling dizzy and collaped but still conscoius, i call 911 ambulance arrived and took me to the ER...

my md was called in and ran some test and other shit.....

i was feeling back to normal and they wanted to keep me overnight,...

i told em to release me.... called my brother to pick my ass up...

all is good.... seems it was just anxiety coupled with my last few days of feeling like shit add those together and my immune sytem being vulberable and poof i was ready to lose it ...

All is good.... i have to go back on monday t md to make sure shit is ok...

Vitals were all good upon release .....

This is one of those weeks i wish i could erase...

Take care of your bodies folks and keep stress under control...

Lifeis short, thank god this was just something not serious.

I am back home and chilling now

For all those smoking,quit......

For allthose that take god knows what and party like thereis no tomorrow take it easy...

in the ambulance they were asking me shit like what day is it , what year, whois the president and shit like that... my heart was racing at the time...

luckily ambulance arrived within minutes and hospiltal was 5 min away....

Makes you wonder life is short , enjoy it live it tot he fullest... you never know

i thank godi t was nothing serious... i thankgod i have med insurance...

ambulance ride willprob cost me 50 bucks , cant wait to see what they bill insurance for the short hospital stay....

Your right about the medical bills though, my model spent 5 hours in hospital receiving treatment for kidney stones and they billed her $8000! $2500 just for an IV drip, and she one in each arm! thats fucked up, im glad that at least here in the UK we get free healthcare on the NHS.

yeah i am lucky to have halth insurance... i think i get hit for 50 bucks for the ambulance ride and i think 50 for the ER ..... i think they will cover threst....

tonight is one night i would like to seal the book on. Anyways i am OK no worriesl.... gonna rest the rest of the weekend and recouperate.

When I was 25 years old something happened to me and it affected me for a very long time however I never believed in meds and doctors, they did not to shit to help me. The secret is do things that u like. Ex: sports, travelling... Change of scenery could really help you, move to another city.

Do some Yoga, massage, sauna or steam baths... Relax man, life will get better... Get well soon Juicy....

I've been in an ambulance a few times. Its definitely a strange feeling. You kind of feel safe and relaxed knowing you have help and you want to drift off into sleep, and the EMTs are there talking your ears off trying to keep you awake.

I just stopped taking paxil, I went through the exact same ambulance shit juicy, I guess I know how you feel, I am dropping all meds and started behavioural therapy, worked miracles in 3 months compared to 3 years of psychoanalysis, some shrink just put you on meds and talk shit. Think of getting better and look for a good behavioural therapist man.

cutout foreign substances in the body, no smoking, no drinking, no drugs, cut back to 3 cups coffee daily.

start a workout program, 30 minutes exercise daily, for young person jogging or bicycling.

go to unprocessed foods diet.

and get on these daily vitamins/minerals:

1000mg vitamin C
vitamin E
multi vitamin (centrum or equiv)
calcium
fish oil capsule

Felt like that a few weeks ago. I got really dizzy very quick and when I tried to lay down I throw up all the time. This went on for hours, only when I tried to lay down. So I call 000 for an ambulance and my building manager helped me down stairs (8 floors). I took me off to hospital. Turns out I have vertigo. Was on the drip for 8 hours and they let me go. Forgot my wallet when I left home so I had to walk 4 miles back.

Note: If you get the ambulance make sure you have your wallet. Could have been 10 miles away. Would have really fucked my day up.
